YSMART Launches TOOLT on Kickstarter: 36 Tools in One 7 cm Pocket Toolbox

TOOLT combines three locking tool plates with a two-position replaceable blade in a 70 mm EDC design, surpassing its Kickstarter goal on day one.

NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, September 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, Sept. 17, 2026 — YSMART, the London-based everyday carry (EDC) brand, has launched TOOLT on Kickstarter, a pocket-sized toolbox that combines 36 everyday functions in a body measuring just 7cm long.

The campaign launched on Sept. 16 and passed £10,000 within its first day. TOOLT is built around three locking tool plates and a two-position replaceable utility blade, bringing together common adjustment, cutting, opening, prying, measuring and repair functions in a format designed for everyday carry.

Rather than placing every function onto a single crowded surface, TOOLT separates its tools across three working sections.

Plate 01 provides 20 functions, including eight hex wrenches, three bit drivers, wire tools, a saw, awl and bottle opener. Plate 02 adds nine utility functions including a pry bar, scraper, bike tire lever, can opener and flathead screwdriver. Plate 03 provides five functions for measuring and finishing work, including metric and inch rulers, a Phillips screwdriver and coarse and fine files.

A replaceable utility blade completes the 36-function layout. The blade locks at two extension lengths: a shorter position for more controlled cutting and a longer position when additional reach is needed. TOOLT is designed around the Stanley 11-921 utility blade, allowing a worn cutting edge to be replaced rather than making the blade a permanent part of the tool.

Each of the three tool plates locks into position when opened and folds back inside the compact body after use. Fully extended, TOOLT measures approximately 180 mm. A pocket clip and built-in lanyard hole provide additional options for pocket, pouch or tethered carry.

“A toolbox works because each tool has a clear job. We wanted to bring that same idea into something small enough to carry every day,” said the YSMART design team. “TOOLT is about having useful functions within reach without carrying the bulk of a conventional toolbox.”

TOOLT is available in two material configurations. The Aluminium Edition uses a 7075-T6 aluminium body with 420C stainless steel tool plates and weighs approximately 80 g. The Titanium Edition uses Grade 5 titanium for both the body and all three tool plates and weighs approximately 95 g. Both editions share the same dimensions and 36-function layout.

The Kickstarter campaign is scheduled to run through Oct. 18, 2026, with shipping currently targeted to begin in January 2027. The campaign page includes the full 36-function breakdown, specifications, reward options and international shipping information.

TOOLT continues YSMART’s focus on compact everyday-carry products developed through crowdfunding. An earlier YSMART Bullet magnetic quick-release micro flashlight campaign attracted 3,278 backers and £226,638 in pledges on Kickstarter.
